Pick a month or a whole year, then print it or save it as a PDF.
The calendar is built from your browser's date engine, so every month has the right number of days and starts on the right weekday for any year from 1900 to 2100, including leap years (every fourth year, except century years not divisible by 400, so 2000 was a leap year and 2100 is not).
U.S. federal holidays are calculated from the rules in federal law: fixed dates such as July 4, and "nth weekday" rules such as Thanksgiving on the fourth Thursday of November. When a fixed-date holiday falls on a Saturday it's usually observed on the Friday before, and on a Sunday it's observed the following Monday; those observed days are labeled too. Rules have changed over the years (for example, Juneteenth became a federal holiday in 2021), and holidays are shown using today's rules.
When you print, the site's menus, ads and text are hidden so only the calendar is printed. A single month prints on one landscape or portrait page, and the whole year fits on one page.
How do I save the calendar as a PDF?
Click Print or save as PDF, then choose "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF") as the printer in the print window.
Which holidays are included?
The 11 U.S. federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington's Birthday (Presidents' Day), Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, plus their observed dates.
Can I write on the calendar?
Print it and write on the paper, or save it as a PDF and add notes with our Fill & Sign PDF tool.
Why does the first week look partly empty?
Days from the previous and next month are left blank and shaded, so each month starts on its correct weekday.
