My Digital Drawer provides free, browser-based tools across PDF, image, text, calculator, generator, home and DIY, fun and random, developer and data, productivity, audio, video, student and privacy and security categories. You may use them for personal or business purposes at no cost and without an account.
You keep all rights to the files and content you use with the tools; we claim no ownership. Because processing happens on your device, you are responsible for keeping copies of anything important. Only use files, media, documents and recordings that you own or have permission to use. You must not use the tools for anything illegal, to infringe anyone's rights, or to process content you aren't authorized to process.
Calculators and converters give results based on what you enter and standard formulas. Health-related tools (such as the BMI, calorie, body fat and sleep calculators) are general information, not medical advice. Money tools (such as the mortgage calculator and bill splitter) are not financial, tax or legal advice. Home and DIY estimates do not replace a professional's measurements, product instructions or local building codes. The citation generator follows published style rules but you should check results against your style guide. Always double-check important results before relying on them.
Fill & Sign PDF places text and an image of your signature on a PDF. It is not a certified electronic-signature service and does not provide identity verification, a digital certificate or an audit trail. Some documents require a handwritten signature or a specific e-signature provider. You are responsible for making sure an electronic signature is acceptable for your document and that you are authorized to sign it. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
The Voice Recorder and Screen Recorder are for lawful use only. Laws about recording people differ by place, and some require everyone being recorded to agree. Don't record protected or copyrighted content you don't have rights to. You are responsible for getting any permission you need.
The Unlock PDF tool requires the correct password and is only for files you own or have permission to change. The File Encryption Tool cannot recover files if you lose your password. The Password Strength Checker gives an estimate, not a guarantee of security.
Spin the Wheel, Coin Flip, Dice Roller, Yes or No Picker and Random Team Generator use your browser's secure random number generator. They are for everyday decisions, games and classroom use, not for gambling, lotteries or legally regulated prize draws.
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Browser support varies, so some tools may not work on every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Digital Drawer and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files or profits, arising from your use of the site or tools.
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent it as your own service.

Product and standard names such as Microsoft Word, Excel, iPhone, Safari, Chrome, QR Code, APA Style and MLA are trademarks of their owners, used only to describe compatibility or formatting styles; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them (see the full list on our Credits page). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
