Convert a spreadsheet's data into a PDF table.
Every sheet in your workbook is drawn as a simple grid table, with column widths adjusted automatically to fit the page. Cell colors, custom fonts, charts, and merged-cell formatting are not preserved — this tool focuses on getting your data into a clean, readable PDF table.
Spreadsheets with a very large number of columns may have small text to fit everything on the page width.
Will my formulas and formatting be preserved?
Cell values, text formatting, and basic table layout carry over. Formulas are converted to their calculated values, since a PDF is a static document and can't hold live formulas.
What happens with very wide spreadsheets?
Wide sheets are scaled or wrapped to fit the page width as sensibly as possible, similar to how Excel's own "Print" preview handles wide tables.
Does this work with multiple sheets in one workbook?
Yes — each sheet in the workbook is converted and included in the resulting PDF.
